Support Workers – Complex Care
Clinical24 is currently recruiting Support Workers for Complex Care Packages with block-booked shifts in the Dublin area. These opportunities are ideal for full-time agency workers seeking consistent hours and stable schedules while providing high-quality, person-centred care in a community setting.
This role involves supporting a young person with complex physical and developmental needs, working as part of a structured care team to deliver safe, compassionate and professional support.
Pay Rates:
- Day: €21 per hour
- Weeknight: €23 per hour
- Saturday: €25 per hour
- Sunday: €25 per hour
- Bank Holiday: €37.15 per hour
Support Workers will provide person-centred care and daily living support in line with an established care plan and multidisciplinary guidance. The role requires patience, consistency and an understanding of supporting individuals with additional physical and communication needs.
Requirements
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months experience in the healthcare or support sector
- Practical training in:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Manual Handling
- Drivers preferred
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
